mbrskincare.com currently offers complimentary UPS standard shipping for all orders to Canada and in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The following shipping & handling charges apply to 3 day and 2nd day shipping:
- UPS 3 Day: 10$
- UPS 2nd Day: 15$
Currently mbrskincare.com only ships to the above locations. Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take additional time for delivery.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends or holidays. All orders processed after 2:00 PM (EST) or orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day.
All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, the UPS standard shipping takes approximately 1-6 business days.
Please note: For security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. If a signature waiver is provided, mbrskincare.com cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. Currently we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes or outside the United States or Canada.

Your order will be accepted for refund or store credit if returned in original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
Returning a product for exchange or store credit is complimentary. In order to do this, you must return the articles via UPS using our system of pre-paid return labels.
Please contact our Customer Service Department who will send you the pre-paid return label by email.
Please complete the return and exchange form included with your shipment and repack the unused product in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Use the UPS pre-paid shipping label and give the package to UPS, either using the UPS Store, UPS drop box or any UPS driver.
If using another shipping method, packages must be returned using an insured method. Sorry, we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.
